Yes, I agree with Dan. I’ve just recommended Westnet to my son as he’s in a remote area and has just signed up for satelite broadband. He was pleased with the response time and I sang your praises for customer service, which I’ve found is second to none.

Thanks for the feedback; we’re finalising the details of our Member Referral competition as we speak.

I just love listening to my friends & family going on about their tales of woe as they describe their nightmare problems with their respective Telcos and ISP.
When I tell them (gloating) about Westnet and the incredibly good service and value that is on offer, they want to know more. I tell them that in the rare case that they may have problems with their internet connection or phone service, that help is only a phone call away. That call is generally answered within seconds and best of all,.. you get to speak to a computer savvy person in THIS country, who does give a damn,.. and yes, he or she speaks fluent and completely understandable Aussie/English.
Good onya Westnet,.. 10 out of 10.

Just like many other people who have a great service from Westnet I sit back and listen to other peoples tales of woo. Then I reccomend Westnet no big sales hit just how good the sirvice is & how good you are at solving any problems your customers may have AND I speak from experiance, keep up the good work. Keith
