Hi I connected my internet with Westnet (recommended by a friend) after years with Telstra as very infuriated with their lack of customer service and after 6 months of incorrect billing! I have just added my phone connection to Westnet and have been pleased with the ease of transfer and the great customer service. The guys for internet support never made me feel like I am asking a stupid question and the billing updates and useage information is so easy to acccess and concise.I can recommend Westnet whole heartdly!
