As a long-time devotee of BlackBerry, the horrible experience of the Storm has changed me. The list of problems is too lengthy to publish here! I was put through months of being bounced around (while paying for an inferior service) before the provider acknowledged that the Storm was a dud and handed me an iphone as a replacement. I’d suggest people think VERY VERY carefully before going for a BlackBerry Storm. As a long-time devotee of BlackBerry, the horrible experience of the Storm has changed me.
